The Splatfest poll feature is new with Splatnet 3 and allows you to see what team your friends are picking!
Not only can you see the number of people who are going to pick a team, but you can also see who is on each team (and who is going to pick them)
Nintendo annouced this feature through a tweet on the Splatoon North America Twitter Account
